Home Owners For A Better Community  -  A Neighborhood Association (sm)

Home Owners For A Better Community was started in 1996 by John Becker.  John Becker and other Members of Lee's Crossing Homeowners Association, Inc. were being treated unfairly by their Homeowners Association.  Some members were even being charged hundreds of dollars for violations that did not exist.  Realizing that something needed to be done to stop this abuse of power John Becker formed Home Owners For A Better Community.

Since 1996  Home Owners For A Better Community has assisted Members in several comunities and cities throughout Palm Beach County.  Many property owners throughout Palm Beach County experience problems with thier Condominium Associations, Homeowners Associations and local City government.  Only through knowledge and experience can one properly deal with thier community association or city matters.  

Before spending thousands of dollars in legal fees Home Owners For A Better Community may be able to help individuals understand some of their basic rights.  If matters require an Attorney, Home Owners For A Better Community can help select an Attorney making the legal process a little easier for the individual.
